Mark gets questions about his services, fees, and his background all the time. Here are a few of the most common questions.
How Much Does it Cost to Hire a Private Investigator?
There is never any “one size fits” all in this business. Every case is different, the needs and requirements to help you out vary widely.
I can tell you my hourly fee over the phone, but that is not the answer you need. After all, you probably don’t want to hire me for 5 hours. You want to hire me to find something out, or solve your problem.
And only after talking to you will I have a good understanding of what it will require to help you out, and get you the answers you need.
Maybe I can get you an answer in 2 hours, or maybe I need a team to stake out a busy location overnight.
Give me a call, and we’ll work it out.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Sorry, no. Unfortunately, I have to give people bad news all the time, about a cheating spouse, or criminal activity that you probably don’t want to hear. And sometimes even after pounding the pavement, and getting every scrap of information that exists, people still aren’t satisfied with the answers.
So, my time is valuable. If I don’t give you a guarantee up front of a particular result, then there is no refund. That’s that. Sometimes, however, I can over a credit for additional services, on a case by case basis.
Aren’t Private Investigators supposed to be covert on overt?
Great question. As you may see by my site I am involved in many television and media ventures and have my face plastered all over this web site. This is why I don’t investigate personally any cases that require any covert or under cover procedure. I have a team of investigators all over the country that I assign to various cases while being overseen by myself.
